Scheduled Fee Improvements We are making some changes in conjunction with our banking partner, Contis, which will go into effect on 21st November 2022. For complete transparency, we have a summary breakdown of the improvements below. ⭐️ Card Declines will become free! ⭐️ ATM Declines will become free! ⭐️ International POS Purchases will move from up to £1.00 + 1.5% per transaction to a flat 2.5% of the purchase which will make it more cost-effective on small-to-mid sized payments. ⭐️ ATM withdrawal fees will move from up to £1.70 + 1.5% to just a fixed 2.5% per withdrawal. ⭐️ Currently, Plutus charges £5 for replacement cards. This will now be free for Everyday and Premium plans, whereas Starter accounts will be charged £10 for replacement cards. ⭐️ We recently reduced PLU withdrawal fees from £15 to just £5. Unlike the changes outlined above, this improvement has already taken effect.

Ethereum Merge - 24hr PLU Withdrawal Delay Due to the Ethereum merge that will be taking place between the 14th-15th September, PLU withdrawals will be delayed by 24 hours. Thank you for being patient. If you require any further information, please contact our customer service team.

Rewards Added Retroactively Over the last 24 hours, our development team has retroactively awarded PLU absent from some Perk-related transactions between 31st March - 12th May. For example, if a user paid €50 at eBay and received €10 back, the user should also receive rewards on the remaining €40 spent. Good news, those rewards have now been added retroactively! As a result, you may notice: 1⃣ An unexpected increase in PLU balance (this is due to the retroactive fix). 2⃣ Partial transactions will now be visible for these older transactions in the reward history. Please Note: Rewards will not have been generated if you hit the reward limit for your account during that month. Enjoy! If you believe you are missing rewards between the 31st March - 12th May, please contact support.

Dear Plutus Community, It has been a fantastic experience being part of this awesome community for the last 9 months, so it is with great sadness to announce that I will be moving on from the Community Manager role. As some of you already know, I currently have two roles and I have found managing two jobs at the same time has become too much. With that in mind, I’ve decided to focus on my tech role full-time with another company. I will of course still be around in the community and at future meet-ups! Once a Plutonian, always a Plutonian! 😉 Don’t worry, you will be left in good hands. Alex will be taking over the Community Manager role from today and be supported by the rest of the team. On 30th August 2022, Plutus will securely transfer tokens from the Pluton Rewards Pool and Plutus Development Pool. Included is verification from Chartered Accountants Haggards Crowther on the validity of the data and transfer. Please read the post when you have the chance, and our team is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding this.

We hope you’re all enjoying our new new pre-load feature which enables you to top up your card in advance as opposed to the point-of-sale. Your top ups are processed by the banking network and can take 1-2hours or in some cases up to 1 business day so it’s best to plan what you’ll need to use in advance! Happy earning 😁

Our team is currently upgrading the top-up flow and will be working tirelessly over the weekend to restore the upgraded feature on Tuesday 23rd August. What are the upgrades?: • 24/7 Top-ups. • You will have the ability to preload your card. • Trade-off is that Banks can take up to 24hrs to complete the top-up (normally within 2 hours). How do we make this right? • The value of this month's subscription cost will be returned to you in PLU. • The withdrawal fee for EUR have now been removed. • We’ll add another $10 PLU once you top-up your card between 23rd - 30th Aug.

Missing rewards update - the missing rewards are in the process of being credited. Note this is being done now and will take a number of hours to run, so some people will see them before others. This is normal and all rewards will be credited eventually, no need to raise a support ticket whilst it's ongoing. We haven't forgotten you 🙂 I will post a further update once this is completed 👍
