Scheduled Maintenance - 13th March (EEA Only) From Monday, 13th March 2023, there will be scheduled maintenance for EEA users lasting approximately 48-72hrs. Important: Please ensure you top up your card with sufficient balance in advance of the downtime. Only the app (web and mobile) will experience downtime, your card will still work (if it has sufficient balance on it) and any payments will still earn rewards. During the scheduled maintenance window, you will be upgraded to our new and improved banking partner! Two things you should be aware of: 1) New Account Details Following the upgrade, you will receive new current account details (European IBAN) and your existing account details will expire. Upon receiving your new account details, please stop using your expired ones as the funds will only bounce back to your originating bank account. P.S. If your existing account details are saved anywhere (e.g. another banking app), remember to update these to your new account details upon receiving them. 2) New Bank-Like Features With your new account details, you can enjoy some new bank-like features! Once the app is back up and running, you will be able to: Send money to third parties (e.g. friends/family) Receive money from third parties (e.g. salary) That’s right! Plutus can become your primary card for managing finances and earning rewards! -------------- Note: A very small number of accounts might experience slightly longer downtime. If you fall into this category, don't worry, the team has already factored in the edge cases and we'll be unlocking these accounts ASAP after the release.
