Scheduled Maintenance - 26th/27th February (UK Only) Between the period of Sunday, 26th February 2023 21:00 GMT and Monday, 27th February 2023 21:00 GMT, there will be scheduled maintenance for UK users. Only the app will experience downtime, your card will still work (if it has sufficient balance on it) and any payments will still earn rewards. Please ensure you top up your card with sufficient balance in advance of the downtime. During the scheduled maintenance window, you will be upgraded to our new and improved banking partner! Two things you should be aware of: 1) New Account Details On this date (27th February), you will receive new current account details (sort code & account number) and your existing account details will expire. Upon receiving your new account details, please stop using your expired account details as the funds will only bounce back to your originating bank account. P.S. If your existing account details are saved anywhere (e.g. another banking app), remember to update these to your new account details upon receiving them. 2) New Bank-Like Features With your new account details, you can enjoy some new bank-like features! Once the app is back up and running, you will be able to: Send money to third parties (e.g. friends/family) Receive money from third parties (e.g. salary) That’s right! Receive your salary directly into Plutus and earn rewards on more of your spending! —--------------- In the meantime, we apologise for any inconvenience the downtime may cause. Note: If you are a UK user who signed up to Plutus after 6th February 2023, you will not be impacted by the downtime. —--------------- Q: When will EEA users receive new account details and features?
