Service Update (31/07/23) An incident caused an unplanned outage for Solaris card top-ups. The issue has been identified and fixed. All card functionalities, including top-ups, are now back to normal. Thank you for your patience.

📌CHECK PINNED FOR CARD RELATED ISSUES ⭐⭐⭐ New users (no Solaris physical card, registred after June 12th): 🎊 All new users should now have received an invite for the virtual card. New accounts from today onwards will have the card in a few hours. 🚨There are currently a few issues that affect a small subset of accounts while others are more generic. They are all being looked at: 1️⃣ Not able to pass the <security info> page. - RESOLVED 2️⃣ Not being able to add Card to Google Pay. The Payment option is still missing an activation on the Modulr side. For now it's still not possible to add it to GPay. 🆕Update 31/07: Activation is imminent but without any ETA 3️⃣ Not being able to add to cuve: - If you have a 🇩🇪German🇩🇪 number, the prefix is currently being added twice. - RESOLVED✅ - If you do not have a German number, please make sure your phone number is correct, do not use dummy numbers upon registration. 4️⃣ When adding the card to Curve, the displayed image is from another card. This is because Modulr serves various cards including Plutus. Please change the card picture manually by pressing ⚙️ under your card. Plutus is talking with Curve to try to change this so users don't need to manually add the Plutus card image. 5️⃣Referral link not being generated past deposit. 🆕Update 31/07: Should be fixed we within this week. ⭐⭐⭐Old users (With a Solaris card, registered before June 12th) 🥳The rollout for the new virtual cards has started on the 25th. Once your account is selected to have the virtual card you will receive an email saying your card is ready. That means you can now start using your virtual card and can start working on emptying the old Solaris card. Physical cards will come later on this year. 💳The old card is still usable until August 15th. You can still top it up and use it normally! ⚠️More info can be found here:
