The mail regarding the Solaris account close is no cause for worry, this has gone out to all existing users. This is sent out ahead of the new virtual Modulr cards that all users will be receiving starting on the 25th of July (in batches).
The mail serves as a reminder to clear out the remaining funds from your Solaris card before this date, if you still have funds left on it by that date you will have to contact Solaris directly to retrieve them (this is free of any charges).

With the new virtual Modulr cards you will no longer need to top up the card as they will use the account balance directly. New physical cards will be available from a later date.
