Top us are only expected to work within banking hours Monday to Friday, anything else is a nice to have. Within banking hours, some temp hiccups may happen if a lot of top-ups happen in a short timeframe (specially in Monday morning). Trying once every 10 minutes is enough to check if they are working, refills happen every 30 minutes. Banking hours are from approximately 6am to 4pm. On Fridays, there is an extra refill at around 7.30pm.
We know it is painful and are working on a long term solution, but months down the line (smaller improvements will happen before that).
